Godzilla: King of the Monsters Trailer -- a Mash-Up Seemingly Made Up Entirely of VFX Shots

Having a little over two weeks to launch, Warner Bros. has launched a new (final) trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters -- put to an epic poem cover of"Somewhere Over the Rainbow" -- that includes tons of fresh glimpses of the numerous giant-sized creatures which are a part of this movie: the pterosaur Rodan, the three-headed Ghidorah, along with the moth/butterfly-like Mothra. The trailer makes certain to present them at the start, until they begin to wreak havoc on the planet.

"Our world will perish, so will we, unless we place Godzilla totally free," Dr. Emma Russell (Vera Farmiga, from Bates Motel) states in the brand new trailer. Her husband, Dr. Mark Russell (Kyle Chandler, from Bloodline), then adds a different scene:"This timewe join him." All this while the brand new Godzilla: King of the Monsters trailer shows us footage of humankind trying hard to maintain the giants with their gunpowder weapons.

Rather than keeping it a surprise to the movie, Godzilla was branded as humanity's only saviour out of the beginning of this movie's promoting . The brand new trailer doubles down that, as each individual character -- such as Dr. Stanton (Bradley Whitford, in The West Wing) and particular military forces pioneer Barnes (O'Shea Jackson Jr., by Straight Outta Compton) -- acknowledges their partnership with the Western metaphor for atomic weapons.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters will launch May 31, 2019 global. Both monsters will lineup in Godzilla vs. Kong at March 2020, from manager Adam Wingard (You Are Next).
